As of my knowledge cut-off of September 2021, the Cardiff property market was experiencing strong demand, particularly for family homes and larger properties with outdoor space.

According to the property website Zoopla, the average house price in Cardiff was around £260,000. The market had seen steady growth in recent years, with house prices increasing by around 6% between September 2020 and September 2021.

As of my knowledge cut-off of 2021, the student population in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales, was approximately 63,000. Cardiff is home to several universities, including Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolitan University, and the University of South Wales. Cardiff University has the largest student population in the city, with around 33,000 students enrolled. Cardiff Metropolitan University has around 11,000 students, and the University of South Wales has around 19,000 students. Rental property deposit in Cardiff
