Dear Valued FirstMaid Users

It is with great regret that due to the Coronavirus pandemic I have to inform you we will be closing our office from 6 April 2020. We are hoping we will be able to resume services in May but this will depend very much on events outside of our control.

This means that from 5 April we will be unable respond to any enquiries, organise any cleaning, collect or return any keys or process any payments. Over the next few days our focus will be to ensure that we have no outstanding matters to deal with and all cleaners or other suppliers are completely up to date with any payments due to them.

When we are able to reopen we write to you again to let you know so please make sure our email address is in your ‘safe senders’ list and look out for us. We will also post information on our website www.firstmaid.co.uk and update the automated email response.

As you can imagine, suspending all operations after years working tirelessly to be the best in the business for both the cleaners and the customers we serve is very sad.  However, it is the right thing to do just now so we can be there for you again in the future.

Thank you for your valued custom – we’ll be back. In the meantime please stay safe and well.
