Changes to Cleaners hourly rate

We are keen to ensure that cleaners booked through firstmaid.co.uk are the best you can get and that customers get great value for money. The hourly rates for firstmaid.co.uk cleaners have not changed for over 2 years whereas, to provide context, the National Living Wage (previously known as minimum wage) has increased by £0.71 per hour in the same period. In order to continue to make the firstmaid.co.uk offer attractive to both cleaners and customers a new hourly cleaning rate will be introduced from 1 April, 2019. The new cost of cleaning will be £13.50 per hour, an increase of just £0.50 per hour.
