Our one-off cleaning service lets you book a cleaner for a single visit and focus the available time on the rooms and tasks that matter most to you. Typical jobs can include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, with vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning and general household cleaning carried out around your agreed priorities.
One-off cleaning is designed for flexibility rather than intensive whole-home cleaning. If your property needs more detailed attention, built-up dirt removed or a more thorough reset, our Deep Cleaning Service may be the better option.

I would not hesitate to recommend the company, they answered my questions quickly, were friendly and accommodating and I felt offered value for money. Abdul was an absolute star, he arrived on time with all his equipment and worked solidly till the house was clean. I had asked for a deep clean for my mothers house which we had sold. I started using FirstMaid in August 2019, after they were recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with their services. Yes, they don't have a phone number listed on their website, so I wasn't sure what to make of them at first, but since my attempt to book a regular clean with a different company failed, I decided to give them a go - and I've never regretted it.
For the last 9 months, Kate has been making our flat sparkle every 2 weeks - she is always punctual, efficient and thorough, and it's nice to have around as she's so friendly and nice. And whenever I have a question to ask, or want to change my appointment duration or skip a session, my emails are answered promptly, so I'm never left wondering. All in all, a great clean and great customer service; I've never been charged more than quoted or had any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews.
