Deep cleaning is designed for homes that need more than regular cleaning. It can be useful before important visitors, when preparing a home to sell or rent, or simply when your home needs a thorough reset.
Every home is different, so the service can be tailored around the areas that need the most attention. This may include occasional detailed jobs such as cleaning inside kitchen cupboards, thoroughly cleaning the fridge or tackling shower grout.
Cleaners arrive with their own cleaning products and equipment. Professional carpet cleaning and oven cleaning can also be arranged separately to complement your deep clean.

I would not hesitate to recommend the company, they answered my questions quickly, were friendly and accommodating and I felt offered value for money. Abdul was an absolute star, he arrived on time with all his equipment and worked solidly till the house was clean. I had asked for a deep clean for my mothers house which we had sold. I started using FirstMaid in August 2019, after they were recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with their services. Yes, they don't have a phone number listed on their website, so I wasn't sure what to make of them at first, but since my attempt to book a regular clean with a different company failed, I decided to give them a go - and I've never regretted it.
For the last 9 months, Kate has been making our flat sparkle every 2 weeks - she is always punctual, efficient and thorough, and it's nice to have around as she's so friendly and nice. And whenever I have a question to ask, or want to change my appointment duration or skip a session, my emails are answered promptly, so I'm never left wondering. All in all, a great clean and great customer service; I've never been charged more than quoted or had any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews.
