I would not hesitate to recommend the company, they answered my questions quickly, were friendly and accommodating and I felt offered value for money. Abdul was an absolute star, he arrived on time with all his equipment and worked solidly till the house was clean. I had asked for a deep clean for my mothers house which we had sold. He worked for about 7 hours, was polite, kind professional, paid attention to details and I felt really comfortable having him around.
I’ve used FirstMaid Cleaners for the first time this week. The quote and booking process was seamless, and Ruta & Erika did a great job. Polite, professional, and quick, I’m delighted, thank you!
I had a fantastic experience with First Maid. I’ve rented out my flat for a few years and the sofa had seen better days. A quick visit from Vlad and Ivan and it looks practically like new! Happy to recommend 🤗
I started using FirstMaid in August 2019, after they were recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with their services. Yes, they don't have a phone number listed on their website, so I wasn't sure what to make of them at first, but since my attempt to book a regular clean with a different company failed, I decided to give them a go - and I've never regretted it.
For the last 9 months, Kate has been making our flat sparkle every 2 weeks - she is always punctual, efficient and thorough, and it's nice to have around as she's so friendly and nice. And whenever I have a question to ask, or want to change my appointment duration or skip a session, my emails are answered promptly, so I'm never left wondering. All in all, a great clean and great customer service; I've never been charged more than quoted or had any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews. I genuinely believe the positive reviews are true, and I would definitely recommend you give this company a shot.
