How is oven cleaning done?
Usually, all removable parts are taken out to the van where they are cleaned in a custom made tank where the grease and burnt on food deposits are erased.
The technician returns to the oven where a specially developed, caustic free formula is applied to the interior of the oven. Using cleaning tools and some hard work, all traces of carbon, grease and fat are removed leaving the oven in an as new condition.
The doors are removed and split apart to clean between the glasses and the fan and fan plate on an electric oven are removed and cleaned. Any carbon behind the fan is removed. This is the usual cause of smoking from the oven at high temperatures and in extreme cases can be a fire hazard. The exact process followed will of course depend on individual requirements and the professional judgement of the oven cleaner.
The oven is re-assembled, polished and the exterior degreased. Stainless steel ovens/ hobs and extractors are also oiled leaving a lovely polished finish. Extractor hoods also receive a free primary filter included in the cost if needed. Bulbs can also be replaced for a small additional charge.

No caustic chemicals are used as part of the professional oven cleaning system. Oven cleaners value their own health just as much as yours. They use these products all day every day therefore it’s important to them there are no harmful or toxic fumes.
